Back again?!

Hello

It's been a long time since this was last updated, so I figured I'd fill those of you in on some news. The band is currently in the process of rehearsals for our first show in several months. This show lands on December 9th, and it is going to be an hour of broken down acoustic. We will be performing at the Ramada Inn on east mulberry for an all day art showcase.

We've been on a break for about 5 months, but we are coming back clear- headed and with new material that is by far closer to each of us than it has ever been before. So the adventure begins (again).

New Info on the EP

We are now finally in the last stages of completing our 5 song demo. The songs have about 3 more days of mixing, and then they are to be sent off for mastering. Completion date is scheduled for april 12th, that way we can start selling them at our north platte gig on the 14th. Im really excited about this ep, and if you are a frequent listener, you should think about throwing down 5 bucks for one, you won't be disapointed. Ill keep you all informed of when then will be for sale on this site.

Hello to all and thanks for stopin. We are currently in the process of making a 4 to 5 song ep(demo) that should come together in a few weeks. We decided to take on the challenge and do all the recording ourselves this time. We will post some pictures in a few days, and hopefully have some video of the recording process straight from our house. have a good one!

Some new news...

OK, first off, I'd like to say this one goes out to the person complaining about the frequency of our updates in the comments on the last post. This is for you buddy! Anyhow, we have a show coming up here on March 1st at Lucky Joe's in Fort Collins. I'm guessing it will start at 9 or so but don't take my word for it. Just get there early and start drinking and it will make the show that much better! :)

Also, we were filmed by a TV station in Greeley on Saturday night. They did the interview thing and we played one of our new songs for them. We'll let you know when it will air or maybe get a copy of it up on the site if we can.

And one last thing: we will be doing an update to our site in the very near future (maybe tonight) at which time we'll revert to having pop-up adds and all kinds of other crap along with losing most our disk space and therefore our songs. This is only temporary, however, until it can be moved to our new provider where we have much more space and can get videos and all kinds of other fun stuff up for your enjoyment. Be sure to check back for all the newness in the next couple weeks!

New Song, Finally!!

OK, I know I said we would get something up earlier but, well, I guess I could make up an excuse but I don't really have one! :) Anyhow, we do have a new song up for your listening pleasure. This one is a bit of an experiment. The basis of it is Dustin and Justyn playing their acoustics in our hotel room in North Platte, NE on New Years Eve which we recorded with the little mic on my laptop. After that (while we were waiting for the girls to get ready, which takes FOREVER!), I messed around with it a bit and added drums/bass/strings/etc. with Garageband and it actually turned out OK. Small Site Addition

Hey all you loyal folks who check this not-often-updated site! Check out the new 'Flickr' thing on the right side of the page! I just set this thing up tonight and we can now post pictures all the time and even post pictures from our camera phones! Pretty sweet. Now we just actually have to use it which is our usual downfall :)

Anyhow, hopefully we can keep some new pics up there and keep things a little more interesting around here. We'll definitely have some Halloween pics up from this upcoming Saturday night so come back when you get the chance!

Hey everyone, thanks for stopin in, sorry that i don't have magic for you anymore. The truth is i have been working on some new songs, and putting most of my time in to the whole songwriting thing rite know. We are still working with bendiksen productions in denver, on hopes to lay down our first record. We have just been going through alot of band changes, new drummers.......etc. I think we found the right drummer though. He is much older than us and he has alot of experience playing, 15 years actually, which is what we need to take it to the next level. So i will keep you all updated on upcoming events.

Hey everyone, as you can tell things haven't been updated for a while on the site. I apologize! We are just in the middle of a new line up for the band. We are currently conducting drum try outs in search of a new drummer. I will keep you updated on progress. Have a good one.

Last night I completed work on our final song for the Henry Hill (Good Fellas) documentary. We recorded two songs,one for the opening scene of the film and another for an Italian resturant scene. They will also use five or so songs throughout the film. Ron Silver (the creator and producer) will finish up editing and last minute rap up stuff here shortly. HBO? BBC? Spike TV??? We won't know who will buy it yet.

....but I have a pretty good idea :) Now that I can post again ill keep you all up to date.

Come to join us in Vedauwoo this weekend! This is a park west of Cheyenne known for it's excellent climbing and beautiful rock formations. This Saturday and Saturday only recieve half off our usual entry fee which brings the price down to a very reasonable $1!
